FIRST THING IN THE MORNING -MORINGA DRINK

MORINGA

See the source image

Moringa plant is beginning to gain more popularity as a new superfood for its highly nutritious profile and powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and tissue-protective properties among many other health benefits.

Moringa oleifera, also known as horseradish tree, ben tree, or drumstick tree, is a small tree from India, Pakistan, and Nepal that has been used for generations in Eastern countries to treat and prevent diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, anemia, arthritis, liver disease, and respiratory, skin, and digestive disorders.

Moringa has become popular as a natural leaf powder supplement, although the pods, roots, bark, flowers, seeds, and fruits are also edible.

It’s nutrient-packed.

Moringa is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. It contains significant amount of vitamin A, C, and E; calcium; potassium; and protein.

It fights free radicals.

Antioxidants fight free radicals, molecules that cause oxidative stress, cell damage, and inflammation.

Moringa contains antioxidants called flavonoids, polyphenols, and ascorbic acid in the leaves, flowers, and seeds.

A study found that leaf extracts had higher antioxidant activity, free-radical-scavenging capacity, and higher inhibition of lipid, protein, and DNA oxidation than flowers and seeds.

This means it prevents the damage and degradation that free radicals cause in the cells of different organs in the body, keeping them healthy and functioning at their best.

It fights inflammation.

Inflammation can lead to chronic diseases like diabetes, respiratory problems, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, and obesity. Moringa reduces inflammation by suppressing inflammatory cell and proteins in the body, and moringa leaf concentrate can lower the inflammation in the cells.

Pomegranate seed oil is extremely nutritious and rich, which is used internally and externally for cosmetic and medicinal purposes. The regenerative properties of pomegranate oil make it an indispensable ingredient in many skin care products. It is included in most cosmetics formulas like soap, shower gels, massage oils, moisturizer and other skin care products. It is also used as a vaporizer and a diffuser. Anti-Inflammatory Nature:

Pomegranate seed oil provides a soothing and hydrating relief to people suffering from eczema, psoriasis and sunburned skin. The anti-inflammatory properties of the oil calm irritation and redness of the skin. It also heals the wounds and restores skin health. It helps channel nutrient directly into the cell, accelerating the process of cellular regeneration and rejuvenation.

Benefits of Pomegranate Seed Oil for Hair:

EVENING PRIMROSE ESSENTIAL OIL

See the source image

Many people refer to evening primrose oil as one of the most miraculous discoveries in preventive care since Vitamin C. It has a compound known as phenylalanine that can help with pain relief, and is increasingly used with remedying headaches. It’s increasingly being researched throughout the planet as a remedy for aging problems, alcoholism, acne, heart disease, hyperactivity in kids, signs of menopause, multiple sclerosis, weight control, obesity, PMS, and schizophrenia. It has preventive and therapeutic characteristics that are so numerous that it has become a regular suggestion of quite a large number of herbalists for keeping one youthful and avoiding illness.

Evening primrose oil is full of the fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid, or GLA (one of the body’s essential fatty acids). GLA and other fatty acids are very important for the general function of your body. Alcoholics and individuals with diabetes tend to be deficient in GLA, and that may lead towards the development of arthritis symptoms and cardiovascular disease in addition to a number of other problems.

Studies have shown that using evening primrose oil on a daily basis can help lower a person’s cholesterol, blood pressure, and safeguard one against coronary artery disease and thus decrease the chance of heart disease and heart attacks.

Evening primrose oil is usually used to alleviate the distress that is commonly associated with menstrual signs. While certain studies have supported this particular claim, other studies have ended up with inconclusive results. Nevertheless, there’s no denying that many women all over the world are finding relief by using evening primrose oil.

Evening primrose oil is recognized as an efficient remedy for eczema and a number of other skin problems due partly to its GLA content and other essential fatty acids which are necessary to correct skin health.

FOR HAIRS

Your hair looks fizzy in the rainy season. To avoid this fizzy texture you have to keep your hair’s cuticle sealed at all times. A simple way to do this is use a light mousse gel all over your hair and works it through so that the whole follicle is smooth.

MAKEUP

In the rainy season go with light makeup it gives a beautiful texture to you and your personality. Try to use waterproof mascara and waterproof eyeliner. Avoid heavy foundation and moisturizers. So try to go with a silky powder palette that combines bronzer, highlighter, and blush for a total face.

FOOT CARE

In the rainy weather there is a great risk of fungal infection between your fingers and toes. So to prevent this problem regular manicure and pedicure will ensure clean feet hands and healthy nails. An extra tip is tried to avoid wearing fully covered shoes.

Foot care tip for rainy season

In the rainy season you can take care of your feet by wearing sensible shoes and making sure your feet are clean and healthy. Always wear open toned shoes because they don’t soak up water as much as sneaker and other types of shoes will. And when you enter your home don’t forget to wash your feet. Wash with a good soap as to take off the dirt and germs. You can also use a foot scrub to keep your feet nice and clean.

Hair Care tip for Rainy season

Try to avoid going out when it is raining heavily because rain is acidic and not good for your hair. Cover your hair with any type of accessory which keeps your hair getting wet like hat, and umbrella.

Don’t forget essentials

When you heading out in the rainy season don’t forget to carry with you your skin essentials like bloating paper, wipes, beauty sponges, Q tips etc. because in rainy weather your skin needs protection.

YOGA for a better life

A Recent study found that yoga practice results in changes in gene expression that boost immunity at a cellular level. And it doesn’t take long: The researchers believe the changes occurred while participants were still on the mat, and they were significantly greater than a control group who went on a nature hike while listening to soothing music.

Yoga also helps to boost immunity by simply increasing overall health.

“As you breathe better, move better and circulate better, all the other organs function better.”

Kneel, then take your knees wide and big toes to touch.

Walk your hands forward until your forehand rests gently on the ground.

Practice deep, steady inhales and exhales for about 3-5 breaths as you let go of distraction and focus on your yoga practice.

Press into your hands to round your upper back, as if a string were pulling the middle of your back to the ceiling.

Drop your head and tuck your chin to chest, hugging your belly toward spine

Press into your hands to round your upper back, as if a string were pulling the middle of your back to the ceiling.

Drop your head and tuck your chin to chest, hugging your belly toward spine

Lower your belly and lift your chest.

Stay grounded through your hands as you broaden your shoulders. Lift your gaze to look forward or up, and hollow out your lower back.

Drop your shoulders away from ears.

Alternate between cat and cow two or three more times.

Walk your hands forward an inch or two, curl your toes underneath and lift your hips up into downward facing dog.

Your legs can keep a slight bend, but reach your heels toward the floor.

Ground down through all your fingers, especially the space between your thumb and first finger, and press through your arms while lifting your hips up and back.

Stay for 3-5 breaths.

Slowly walk your feet toward your hands, and step shoulder-width apart.

With a slight bend through your knees, lower the top of your head toward the ground, belly reaching to thighs, and let your hands dangle down to your toes.

Relax your upper body. Try moving your neck around here, exploring how it feels to bend or straighten your knees, acknowledging stiffness or tension in any part of your body.

Stay for a few breaths.
