Happiness is state of mind. And also happiness is not complete until it is shared. Have you ever thought, what makes you feel good. What, is it that makes you, happy. The reason makes happy can be anything. Some of them could be- socializing, close relationship, prayer, shopping, eating, travelling, watching move, talking on phone etc. Whatsoever it may be, they are related to positive activity that leads to cheerfulness and enjoyment.
Stated below are the following sum factors which can help you to feel good always:-
• Trick you mind to believe that you are happy:-
Our thought influence our being, we are what, we think. Always think that you are better than fine, if you think you are happy, you will really be happy. Next time somebody asks you “ how are you?” “don’t say I am fine .“ “Say I am fantastic!” By during this you are making your mind believe, to feel good about yourself. This also help to enhance self-esteem.

• Be more social:-
One of the main factor to feel good is to have healthy relationship with self, family, friends, and society. In today’s time, it is very essential to have strong relations within the family, and outside with friends, it is equally important to have a figure number of friends an acquaintances . This large network of people also helps you to be more successful. Suppose you are in search of a new job, or you want to increase you business, or you in search of good life partner, networking will be a great help to you.

• Acceptance:-
Ignoring or running away from facts does not change the fact, it is always better to accept the fact. It is always better to appropriately adopt with the situation. The journey of life is never smooth and therefore adjustment is not a onetime activity. Over a period of time due to various reasons, you may need to make different adjustment with different situation. Thus being passion, balance and alert can help you feel good even in difficult time.

• Leisure time:-
You feel better when you relax. It is very necessary to take a break from time consuming duties or activities. There are various ways people choose to relax, like gardening, writing, watching TV, singing, playing, meditating or nurturing a hobby, or helping someone etc. These activities refresh your mind and body.
Sleep is also a state of rest for mind and body. Adequate amount of sleep is essential for a happy living.
All these above mentioned activities and sleep helps to relive the stress.

Few steps to feel good.
1. Drink lot of water– Not drinking enough water can make you dehydrated, which in turn can make you tired and not function as well.
2. Exercise- This helps you to enhance your mood and aid with happiness, self-esteem, proper sleep etc.
3. Take walks- If you live close to the store, walk instead of drive. Walk in your lunch break.
4. Yoga- Yoga helps to manage stress, improves breathing, heals body.
5. Put on some music and dance- This will release happy brain chemicals from exercise and it’s fun.
6. Sing- Singing especially group singing creates a feeling of bonding and community.
7. Help others- Philanthropy is about using your time, energy, money to help others. It provides you with a sense of perspective and a sense of purpose.

Mind the powerful tool

Mind is defined in different ways by people. It is not an organ in the body, but it is a powerful tool in human body. Definition of mind as per oxford dictionary “The element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel, the faculty of consciousness and thought. A lot of thoughts run through my mind everyday.

Man is always in search of happiness, the mind is only instrument available to him. The mind can be a tremendous help, but it can also be a great barrier. The mind could be your friend or foe. A positive mind is your friend and mind with negative and evil thoughts is your foe. The function of the mind is to think, which is conditioned by the background of memory.
Even the greatest thinker can never know where he was before he came in this birth or where he would go after death. Even the greatest scientist does not know what life is, who is making our pulse beat, what is in other person’s mind and what will come in his mind in next moment.

The function of the mind is to think and to know, thinking is a sort of mental aberration, a form of a sickness of mind sometimes and sometimes it is productive, helpful. A perfect and healthy mind is devoid of thoughts and such a mind is free from all problems. There are two types of problems 1) Genuine 2) Created by the mind. People waste their time and energy in fighting problems created by the mind which rob them of their peace and happiness in life. Whereas a healthy, sorted mind plays a big role fighting for a genuine problem. What is important is to live in the deep earnestness with inner sincerity and to remain always frank, open and receptive, without any resistance of the mind.

Materialistic minded people think of money, business and success all the time. And religious minded people think of self-realisation, helping others. And too much clever and cunning people have been responsible for the erosion of spiritual and moral values in life. How can love and affection go together with cleverness and cunning? When one is solely concerned with one’s own ambitions and achievements, even if he wants to be religious, he is forced to become callous, brutal, inhuman and intolerant.

Man become intellectually brilliant, skilful and efficient by educating himself, but it does not help him to sharpen the feeling of the heart and to develop his kindness and consideration for others. From childhood, people spend a great deal of their time in developing their mind through different means. But they seldom do for the development of their heart which is essential for a happy and harmonious life.

How true is the saying that a good heart is better than all the heads put together? When a person has true love and affection for others, he will not compete against them for his own success by depriving them of their chances. When one has all-embracing love and boundless compassion, his only ambition will be to go beyond all ambitions.

The world which we see with our mind and react against in various ways can be changed only by bringing about a real change in the structure of the mind itself so that we may have a totally different approach and outlook to deal with the world and its problems. This is the most effective tool to deal with the people around.

But such a transformation will not come by mere change on the surface or by giving up certain old values, ideas and ideologies, but by persistent quest, constant knocking on the door of consciousness.

How to remain Happy ?

Most people have no control over their emotional well-being. It is said that life is a matter of choices. Being happy is a choice. Decide, “Whatever the circumstances I want to be happy and I will be happy always.” There are no terms and conditions for happiness. Most people are as happy as they decide to be. Happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have. It depends on what you think . Our basic psychological needs include feeling loved, secure, and good at what we do. You also want to have a sense of control. Money doesn’t automatically fill these requirements, but it sure can help. I’ve learned to look for ways to spend money to stay in closer contact with my family and friends; to promote my health; to work more efficiently; to eliminate sources of irritation and marital conflict; to support important causes; and to have enlarging experiences. For example, when my sister got married, I splurged on a better SMART PHONE . It was expensive, but it gave me a lot of happiness . We expect others to treat us better than we treat them. We work out a few times and stress because we don’t instantly look like models. We want to live like rockstars, ignoring the fact that only a few people reach that level of success .In short, we tend to have unreasonable expectations. The difference between what we feel entitled to and what we actually get is the source of much misery .Accept life in its entirety; stop thinking in terms of what should be and accept what is. When you live without entitlement, every good thing becomes a wonderful surprise. Even better, expecting nothing means never being disappointed. Expectation is also the root cause of all the sorrows . “The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. As long as this exists, and it certainly always will, then there will be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be.” Anne Frank
Here are few ways that I follow. Hope they help you too.
A. Hang around with positive people who make you smile. Avoid those who are perpetually complaining and criticising.
B. Always remind yourself that nothing is more important than your peace and happiness. You are born to be happy!
C. Always keep a goal in life, something to look forward to. That will keep you motivated.
D. Try to make the best of every situation. Spend time reading, watching movies, exploring your hobbies and most importantly travel. Travel as much as you can. Focus on collecting memories that last a lifetime. 

At the end of the day, bad things will happen to you. You will have highs, lows and lots of mediums in your life. You’re only human, just like everybody else. So Just change the attitude and thinking towards it . IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY – MAKE OTHERS HAPPY – Dada
